Who to Contact

University Housing has a number of staff members available to help you with a variety of different needs.

Resident Assistants
The best place to start with questions is your RA—especially questions about the University and college life. Each floor in each hall has at least one RA, and these student staff members have both the experience and training to help.

24-Hour Desks
Each hall has an information desk that is open 24 hours per day during regular academic session. These desks are staffed by trained, experienced students and are a terrific resource of information and services specific to your building.

Residence Hall Staff
The staff of the residence halls are all available to answer questions. If you're not sure who to talk with, start with your RA or the 24 hour desk.
