University Housing has a fully qualified staff responsible for maintaining and repairing the residence halls rooms and facilities.
Request Repairs
To request that something in your room or a common area be fixed, contact your building's 24-hour desk. Maintenance staff only respond to written work requests issues by a 24-hour desk, and the staff at these desks are trained to help determine the urgency and type of repair needed. For more information about maintenance policies, see the link below.

Making Your Own Repairs
Do not attempt to make your own repairs to your room or a common area. Our staff are specially trained to attend to the long-term needs and safety considerations associated with many types of repairs.
If you make a repair to your room, we will notice it when we check and clean your room after you move out. You will be billed for our time in undoing your work and redoing the repair according to building codes and practices.
