| Capital Improvements |
| University Housing maintains a long-range program of equipment replacement and building renovation. Each year, several million dollars worth of capital improvements are made to the facilities to keep up with current building/safety codes, to replace worn-out equipment and to enhance the living/learning environment of the residence halls.
University Housing is working on several construction projects. These projects may cause inconveniences (noise, dust, etc.) and could possibly cause disturbances in some rooms and on floor corridors between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. We will try our best to notify students in advance of the dates and what work will be taking place in his/her corridor and/or room.
