University Housing Maintenance is responsible for all building repairs, preventive maintenance, building heating/cooling systems, life safety, and renovation work in the residence halls and University Apartments.
The maintenance staff consists of:

The maintenance staff works from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. One maintenance person is on standby 24 hours per day.
