University Housing Maintenance is responsible for all building repairs, preventive maintenance, building heating/cooling systems, life safety, and renovation work in the residence halls and University Apartments.

The maintenance staff consists of:

• 15 Facilities Mechanic III's
• 2 Systems Control Technician's
• 2 Environmental Systems Mechanics
• 3 Maintenance Supervisors
• 1 Systens Control Supervisor
• 1 Storekeeper I
• 1 Storekeeper III
• 1 Painter
• 1 Motor Vehicle Operator I
• 1 Account Clerk
• 1 Secretary II
• 1 Clerk III

The maintenance staff works from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. One maintenance person is on standby 24 hours per day.
