Residential Dining Market Places provide a broad selection of foods with the student in mind. Open for continuous service there is a wide variety of healthy foods from which to choose. From traditional home style entrees, to ethnic favorites such as Tex-Mex and Stir-fry, to Pizza, Pasta, and Grill. Deli, Salad Bar as well as vegetables, Fruits, Desserts, and Beverages are also available daily. For special needs, please contact the Food Service Manager at either Burge or Hillcrest Market Place.
Menus for the Burge and Hillcrest Market Place dining centers are available online on a semester basis in Adobe Acrobat (PDF)* format.

*The Market Places will close at 3pm on Friday, November 20 for Thanksgiving Break and will re-open for breakfast on Monday, November 30.
**The Market Places will close for the semester at 3pm on Friday, December 18.

Nutrition Information
To help you make balanced and healthy food choices, Residential Dining and its foodservice partner, Martin Brothers, have created a nutritional resource for Market Place customers. The site contains detailed nutritional information on many of our featured items so you can choose foods appropriate for your dietary needs.
The site is easy to navigate.
After clicking the link to the site, located below, simply:
Choose the Market Place location. (Burge or Hillcrest) Choose the Meal. (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) Choose the Station. (individual serving stations or "ALL") If you are interested in a day other than the current day, choose the date under the MENU bar. Check the item in which you are interested. The Nutritional Facts appear on the left side of the screen.

Student Input
Market Place menus are developed with the student in mind, and active student input is encouraged. Please feel free to contact us at any time, email, phone, mail, or in person. We also have a standing Dining Advisory Committee that meets monthly to discuss menus, hours, and other dining related topics. If you are interested in participating please contact your RA, the Hillcrest or Burge Market Place manager.
