Residential Dining Chefs Compete in Culinary Competition
Residential Dining Executive Chef Barry Greenberg and Burge Market Place Chef April Randall recently competed in the Martin Brothers Food Show Culinary Competition in Waterloo. Their preparation of prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast with sun-dried tomato mousse, truffled potato cannelloni, vegetable bouquet and marsala demi-glace garnered them a second place in the extremely competitive field.
