    Meal Plans

All housing contracts must include room and board, with the exception of returning residents in rooms with a University supplied kitchen. Residential Dining offers different meal plans to meet the needs of every student. Don't do breakfast? You can chose a 14 meals per week plan. Definitely a three-squares-a-day person? The full board plan should satisfy you. Live off-campus or in on-campus housing with a kitchen and want to avoid shopping, cooking and doing dishes ? We have a plan for you, too!

The goal of Residential Dining is to provide outstanding foods and value. We accomplish this by using the freshest and most natural ingredients possible in our recipes, encouraging students to make healthy choices in their foods and lifestyles, and reducing waste.

Our Smart Choices initiative highlights our efforts to meet the needs of our students and for our environment.
  • It's Only Natural - expanding the use of locally grown foods, as well as expanding natural and organic offerings.
  • Live Smart - information on nutrition and exercise to encourage healthy choices.
  • Waste Not - exploring opportunities for recycling and reducing waste.
  • Nutritional Information

Residential Dining and its supplier, Martin Brothers, have worked together to provide complete nutritional information for many items featured in the Market Places. Students can review the nutritional contents of their favorite items and make informed choices for their health.
