Residential Dining Market Places provide a broad selection of foods with the student in mind. Open for continuous service there is a wide variety of healthy foods from which to choose. From traditional home style entrees, to ethnic favorites such as Tex-Mex and Stir-fry, to Pizza, Pasta, and Grill. Deli, Salad Bar as well as vegetables, Fruits, Desserts, and Beverages are also available daily. For special needs, please contact the Food Service Manager at either Burge or Hillcrest Market Place.

Student Input
Market Place menus are developed with the student in mind, and active student input is encouraged. Please feel free to contact us at any time, email, phone, mail, or in person. We also have a standing Dining Advisory Committee that meets monthly to discuss menus, hours, and other dining related topics. If you are interested in participating please contact your RA, the Hillcrest or Burge Market Place manager.
