Hawkeye Court, Hawkeye Drive, and some Parklawn apartments do NOT come with furniture or window covers.

Hawkeye Court
Every apartment is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, electric water heater, natural gas furnace, cold water, an activated telephone outlet, connections for automatic washer and electric dryer, a 220-volt outlet in the living room for a window air conditioner (air conditioner not provided), and cable television service. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower/tub combination. Traverse rods or plain curtain rods for the purpose of hanging curtains have been installed on all windows. A high speed broadband Internet connection is provided by MediaCom. Floor surfaces throughout the apartment are vinyl tile. Gas and electricity are not included in the rental rate.

Rates for the 2009-2010 Lease Year are:

• 1-Bed (521 Square Feet)    $435 ($485 for faculty/staff)
• 2-Bed (630 Square Feet)    $480 ($530 for faculty/staff)

Hawkeye Drive
Each apartment is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, connections for automatic washer and electric dryer, a 220-volt outlet in the living room for a window air conditioner (air conditioner not provided), a double kitchen sink with a disposal, cable television service, and an activated telephone outlet. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower/tub combination. Traverse rods for the purpose of hanging curtains or mini blinds have been installed on all windows. A high speed broadband Internet connection is provided by MediaCom. Floor surfaces throughout the apartment are vinyl tile. A storage locker is available for each apartment. Hot and cold water and heat are included in the rent; however, electricity is not included in the rental rate.

Each building cluster has a laundry room.

Parklawn Apartments

Parklawn offers studio and one bedroom apartments available unfurnished or partially furnished with single bed (extra long mattress), three drawer chest, desk chair and desk. Partially furnished apartments are located on the third and fourth floors. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Each apartment is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, natural gas furnace, window air conditioner, activated telephone outlet, cable TV service, broadband internet, traverse rods with drapes, and partial carpet cover with vinyl tile areas.

Rates for the 2009-2010 Lease Year are:

• Unfurnished studio (311 Square Feet)    $500 ($550 for faculty/staff)
• Partially furnished studio     $530 ($580 for faculty/staff)
• Unfurnished one bedroom (443 Square Feet)    $575 ($625 for faculty/staff)
• Partially furnished one bedroom     $605 ($655 for faculty/staff)
