Catering Operations Manager

The Catering Operations Manager will oversee and assist in the planning, organizing, supervision, coordination and service of foods and beverages for events and functions related to conferences, wedding receptions, and other banquet and catering operations.  Hire, train and manage performance of catering operations staff.  Abide by all State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Division requirements.  Work hours will vary based on business needs.
