Stress and Trauma


Tests, papers, reading and more reading.  Missing homecoming back home.  Getting bad news about grades, friends or family. The recent news of yet another campus shooting and mourning their loss.  Are you feeling anxious, worried or stressed? We are in the seventh week of classes – with only more to go. College and life sometimes can be stressful.  Being on your own can be rough.  Many people care about you and want to help you be successful.  It is difficult to predict what type of reactions you will experience during stress or trauma.
