Parklawn Hall is located on the northwest portion of campus. It is farther from the Pentacrest and the central campus than other residence halls, but Parklawn is not isolated. The regular schedule of the free Cambus system makes getting across campus a snap. Parklawn is close to the Arts Campus and the UI Marching Band's practice field.

With its design of suites with kitchens, Parklawn offers an alternative to the high-rise design of the central campus residence halls. Parklawn has either studio or 1 bedroom units.
